In 2013 Ms. Genske founded Genske & Co. accounting firm, based in Orlando, Florida. Genske & Co. is a woman owned firm that focuses on the individual needs, tribulations and successes of companies and organizations.
In July 2022 Genske & Co. won Seminole County’s Best Small Business of the Year.

In May 2024 Neota transitioned to owner non operator in the firm and began to focus solely on CFO Services.
