WHO IS NEOTA?
NEOTA WEBB, MBA
Hello! My name is Neota Webb and I started this self-entitled company.... since most of the good names were taken, I went with what was obvious!
I have over 10 years of progressive accounting experience in nonprofit, public and private companies. I began working in accounting when I was in high school and never stopped. My background includes 2 years as a high school bookkeeper, 4 years as a part time accounting assistant, 6 years at nonprofits, 3 years at public companies and 2 years at a private company. I have managed several teams of talented people as well as separate departments within a company.
I received my bachelor’s degree in 2006 from the University of Oregon where I was Cum Laude and was a member of Chi Omega sorority. In 2013 I graduated with my Masters in Business Administration from American InterContinental University where I had a 3.99 GPA and became a member of Delta Mu Delta honors society. I am currently pursuing my CPA.
In 2014 I had a son who changed my life for the better and I began realizing what life is all about. He’s been the greatest blessing I could ever ask for… and working 55-hour work weeks became a real stress in my life. So, after a few years of working full time and part-time planning and preparing, I opened Outsource Neota.
You will find that there are many other outsourcing companies out there. But what you might not find, is a person like me who deeply cares about your organization’s success. I become a part of your company, not visa versa. I treat every business as if it were my own, because ultimately, I feel like it is. I have a passion for helping organizations take their financial planning and great staff to the next level.
Also, as a child of two Marines, I offer a discount to any/all companies who are veteran owned, operated and/or also offers military discounts.
I hope you will give me the opportunity to meet with you!

I worked with Neota for about three years at Sustainable Travel International. Aside from being an absolute joy to work with, she was thoughtful, a straight shooter, strategic, and always went out of her way to help boost team morale. Both professionally and personally, I would highly recommend Neota for any organization.
** I am affiliated with these people; however, not with these companies.
