Hello! My name is Neota Webb and I started this self-entitled company.... since most of the good names were taken, I went with what was obvious!

I have over 10 years of progressive accounting experience in nonprofit, public and private companies. I began working in accounting when I was in high school and never stopped. My background includes 2 years as a high school bookkeeper, 4 years as a part time accounting assistant, 6 years at nonprofits, 3 years at public companies and 2 years at a private company. I have managed several teams of talented people as well as separate departments within a company.

I received my bachelor’s degree in 2006 from the University of Oregon where I was Cum Laude and was a member of Chi Omega sorority. In 2013 I graduated with my Masters in Business Administration from American InterContinental University where I had a 3.99 GPA and became a member of Delta Mu Delta honors society. I am currently pursuing my CPA.

In 2014 I had a son who changed my life for the better and I began realizing what life is all about. He’s been the greatest blessing I could ever ask for… and working 55-hour work weeks became a real stress in my life. So, after a few years of working full time and part-time planning and preparing, I opened Outsource Neota.

You will find that there are many other outsourcing companies out there. But what you might not find, is a person like me who deeply cares about your organization’s success. I become a part of your company, not visa versa. I treat every business as if it were my own, because ultimately, I feel like it is. I have a passion for helping organizations take their financial planning and great staff to the next level.

Also, as a child of two Marines, I offer a discount to any/all companies who are veteran owned, operated and/or also offers military discounts.

I hope you will give me the opportunity to meet with you!

Neota is a pleasure to work with. She is 100% reliable, driven, has excellent attention to detail, puts a great deal of care into her work, and is always ready to help a team member when needed. I have known Neota for over three years. We work closely together on all aspects of organizational operation, finance, and human resources. She has demonstrated her generosity of spirit, enormous patience and great professionalism. She is calm and effective in emergencies, and her confidence is contagious, brings order to the most difficult situations. She is highly competent on every area of organization finance and has added human resources and operational expertise over the three years. We have worked together from annual reporting to audits, board reports, staff benefits, policy development, staff reports and legal documentation. Neota can always be trusted with confidential information and has been involved at the highest level of the organization, reporting directly to the CEO. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Neota’s work, professionalism and positive attitude.

Jeremy Sampson, IUCN Center for Mediterranean Cooperation:

Neota was a pleasure to work with! She is an excellent collaborator who is un-afraid to bring her ideas to the table, and loves to support the team by providing resources and information in easy-to-understand way, while helping to make systems more efficient all-around. I'd love to work with her again if given the opportunity!

Lizzie Keenan, Clackamas County Tourism:

I worked with Neota for about three years at Sustainable Travel International. Aside from being an absolute joy to work with, she was thoughtful, a straight shooter, strategic, and always went out of her way to help boost team morale. Both professionally and personally, I would highly recommend Neota for any organization.

** I am affiliated with these people; however, not with these companies.
